Joseph Smith claimed to have actually seen the Father by his own words:

"When the light rested upon me, I saw two personages, whose brightness and glory defined all description, standing above me in the air. One of them spake unto me, calling me by name, and said, pointing to the other -- 'this is my beloved Son. Hear him!

Christian apologetics is the branch of Christianity that deals with answering any and all critics who oppose or question the revelation of God in Christ and the Bible. The word "apologetics" comes from the Greek word "apologia," pronounced, "ap-ol-og-ee’-ah." It means, "a verbal defense."  It can also consist of simply giving an answer to a question about Jesus or a Bible passage. This is by far the most common and you don’t have to read a ton of
books to do that. Hopefully on this website you will be able to find answers to your questions and to be prepared to always give a “defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence"- 1 Peter 3:15
According to the Jehovah's Witnesses, God is a single person, not a Trinity.  He first created Michael the Archangel through whom He created all "other things," including the universe, the earth, Adam and Eve, etc.  This angel is whom they believe to be Jesus Christ.

When Jesus died, it was not on a cross, but on a torture stake, where he bore the sins of mankind.
The Watchtower also teaches that Jesus returned invisibly in 1914 and is now reigning in heaven. After the millennial reign of Christ, those who reject God will be annihilated; that is, they will cease to exist.  The rest of the Jehovah's Witness who have faithfully followed God on earth will be saved from eternal annihilation. Heaven, however, is a place only for a special group of 144,000 Jehovah's Witnesses.

Is this teaching true? Is Jesus Christ a created being or is He God in the flesh? What about the Trinity? Is this a man-made doctrine? Visit our Jehovah Witness section.
What if the Bible says that no one can see the Father, but Joseph Smith says he has seen the Father? How can we reconcile these things? Easy. We must believe the Word of God and yield ourselves to the Scriptures.

Here at this website and our blog site we will look into the religion of Mormonism. Is the Book of Mormon compatible with the Bible? What about God the Father and Jesus in Mormonism? Are they the same as most Christian churches? Let’s look and see…
Do you ever pass out a Gospel tract? Tracts can be a great way to share the Gospel with someone in a very clear and Biblical way. If you don’t feel equipped to speak one-to-one with a person then start by giving a Gospel tract. You can also place tracts in places that you know they will be picked up. At FurtherTheKingdom.com we want to help you get the Gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone and tracts are a simple way to do it.

When preaching and private tale are not available, you need to have a tract ready...get good striking tracts, or none at all...therefore, do not go out without your tracts.” – Charles Spurgeon
